What is Collaboration? Collaboration is the action of working with someone to produce something.
So how is collaboration used in Education? Well, technology is helping to do that with other educators and students all around the world. With the help of AI, teachers can see in real time whether a students is struggling or not.
Both AI and human teachers bring distinct strengths to the classroom. "AI systems excel at tasks that require processing vast amounts of data and providing consistent, personalized feedback at scale. These platforms can analyse student performance patterns, identify learning gaps and automatically adjust difficulty levels in real-time."
Human teachers bring emotional intellegence, complex emotional, reading social cues, to help engage in student engagment. Human teachers bring a performance of being role models, and inspiring students in their development.
Collaborations also matters in the world as a whole. Having collaborations in the global market can be very successful. It can be engageing with many ideas, critical thinking, and working with each others strengths. Collaborations helps to gain social skills, support one an other and have real diverse learning.
There are so many benefits to having a global collaborations. Some benefits include collaborations with;
- global Issues (climate changes, poverty, human rights.)
- Diverse perspective (different cultures and a way of life.)
- Education (communication in real time, collaboration on projects, a real world perspective, and quick feedback on the usage of which technology works best.)
Collaboration is essential in todays world, especially in education. The knowledge to understand and use technology well is important. The world itself is not only more advance because of technology but reachable to help engage and understand different cultures and backgrounds. Giving a new perspective on life and a more diverse way of thinking.
