What Collaboration Looks Like Outside of School
When I think about collaboration, I usually think about group projects in school, but it can also happen online through communities and social media. Collaboration is basically when people work together, share ideas, and support each other instead of doing everything alone. One example of collaboration that really moved me is Noel Deyzel. Most of his content is helping people improve their lives In short videos in collaboration with other influences. These short videos are either funny, inspirational, motivational, and relatable. Noels fitness page demonstrates how when people in the same industry or different can come together and collaborate can create a much more powerful message.
What Noel Deyzel Talks About
What I like about Noel’s content is that he doesn’t act like he’s better than anyone else. Instead, he uses collaboration to show different perspectives and experiences, which makes his message feel more real. His fitness page shows how people in the same industry, or even in other industries, can come together and collaborate to create a message that is way more powerful than doing it alone. It shows how collaboration can build a positive community where people feel supported and motivated, not judged which I think is huge most gym content doesn't give the positive vibes or approach his do. Noels content helped me understand that collaboration isn’t just about working together, but also about lifting others up and helping everyone grow. I will put a link of one of his videos that truly helped me move the needle in life.
How This Relates to School and Education
This made me think about how collaboration works in school. Learning is easier when students help each other and don’t feel judged for making mistakes. It also brings a strong feeling of gratitude and respect for the people you collaborate with from working together. Noel’s message connects to education because he shows that learning is a process and that encouragement can make a big difference. Teachers and students collaborating is similar to what Noel does online sharing knowledge and learning together instead of working alone he often posts helpful videos replying to his fans asking for help or advice. This shows collaboration because he’s not just posting content for himself. He collaborates with others, shares advice, and creates a space where people feel comfortable learning and asking questions. By being honest about his own struggles, he helped me and others feel understood and supported.

How this connects to education and to My Own Goals
I can see clear parallels. Just like in fitness communities, students and teachers can benefit when they share knowledge and support each other rather than working alone. Noel’s message encourages people to lift others up, recognize progress, and learn together , which is something that I think fits both school and real world goals.
For example, in my own life, I’m interested in online coaching and fitness training and I can already see how a collaborative mindset applies. Noel’s approach shows that sharing honest insights, encouraging others, and giving feedback can help not just classmates or teammates, but also future clients I might work with as a coach. Tools like shared plans, collaborative feedback, and community support all make learning and progress easier for everyone involved. The video also connects to my interest in online coaching and fitness training. If I ever coach people online, collaboration would be really important. Clients and coaches need to communicate, trust each other, and work together to reach goals. Noel’s approach of collaboration shows that being supportive and honest with people helps build stronger connections and better results.
Conclusion
In the last link below is Noel collaborating with one of his fans that was inspired by him something 99% of other gym content creators would not do
. Overall, Noel Deyzel’s fitness page not only shows but proves how collaboration can be powerful, even outside of school. So whether it’s in education, fitness, or online communities, working together and encouraging others can help people grow and stay motivated.
