AI in Feedback and Assessment: Opportunity with Responsibility

AI in Feedback and Assessment: Opportunity with Responsibility

Artificial intelligence has a growing impact on educational systems through its development of assessment methods and learning feedback tools. AI-enabled platforms create essay feedback which includes editing recommendations and quiz performance assessment and customized educational paths. The educational system provides teachers with new possibilities through these functions yet brings forward critical ethical matters which they must address. The challenge requires educators to determine responsible ways for implementing artificial intelligence into their work.

1. AI for Feedback

AI delivers its highest value for educational settings through its capacity to deliver instant feedback. Students can obtain immediate feedback for their draft work and quiz results and practice test results instead of waiting multiple days to receive grade evaluations. AI tools identify grammar mistakes and create visibility for unclear reasoning while offering structural improvement suggestions and performance-based practice exercises. Students can use this immediate feedback to build their skills through formative assessment which enables them to improve their work during active learning periods.

The advantages create major improvements. AI enables teachers to work more efficiently while decreasing their grading demands so they can dedicate more time to individualized student teaching. The system delivers ongoing assessment results which enable teachers to adapt their teaching methods to different student learning levels.

AI-generated feedback produces results which have restrictions. The system understands student performance through assessment but it lacks understanding of real-life situations and student development over time. AI cannot understand artistic work when students present their exceptional ideas because it produces evaluation tools which sound authentic yet lack informative value. Most importantly, AI cannot fully understand student intent, emotional context, or classroom dynamics. Teachers should use AI feedback as an additional tool to support their teaching activities.

2. Academic Integrity & Ethics

The introduction of AI into assessment procedures requires educators to analyze four specific issues which include bias and accuracy together with privacy and originality. AI systems use extensive training datasets which contain cultural and linguistic biases to assess student work. Students will lose learning opportunities because they will receive invalid results which need to be examined through critical evaluation.

Privacy stands as a critical issue today. The protection of student data requires educators to confirm that AI systems meet all legal and ethical requirements regarding data handling. Schools need to establish transparent systems which inform students about the methods used to handle their personal data.

The process of maintaining academic integrity becomes more difficult to manage. Students who depend on AI systems for answer creation face challenges which make it difficult to identify who actually created their work. The educational system needs to create detailed guidelines which permit AI usage while instructing students to utilize AI technology for support rather than complete cognitive work.

Human judgment needs to remain vital for all processes which include high-stakes grading assessments of student progress and creation evaluation and ethical situation handling. Teachers deliver three essential functions to students which include mentorship and emotional intelligence together with professional judgment capabilities that AI systems fail to duplicate.

3. My Perspective: Responsible Integration

I would use AI for formative feedback and drafting support when I integrate AI into assessment practices. Students will use AI to review their early drafts which they will submit as final versions. I will establish specific rules for AI usage which I will communicate to students together with their responsibilities to write about their AI tool usage during their revision work.

I would set firm boundaries:

-AI may assist with feedback but not determine final grades.

-Students must maintain authorship and demonstrate original thinking.

-AI use must be transparent and documented.

-Sensitive student data must only be used in secure, approved systems.

Teaching should receive enhancement through AI but not face replacement through it. AI delivers immediate feedback by creating personalized learning experiences that become accessible for users. The implementation process needs three components which include developing policies, building ethical understanding and maintaining dedication to student-centered learning.

 Exploring The Globe Program

What is the Globe Program?

The program advocates for the Earth and systems science by collecting data and volunteers analyzing it. The program's main goal is to help advance Earth science systems and applications.

GLOBE Visualize Data

As I was searching on their website, I came across a tool, Visualize Data. This tool allows one to interact with a map and many different settings and filters that can show you many things. For example, you can interact with the different layers and types of our atmosphere, interact with their filters, move anywhere on the map, etc. When you click on the atmosphere button, it drops down into a huge list of different interactions. With the atmosphere dropping, there are interactions from clouds the whole way to the surface temperature. There ar simular drop downs for biosphere, hydroshpere, pedosphere (temperature and moisture), and pedoshere (soil characteristics).

There is also a section where you can interact with different filters. There are filters like choosing a site, elevation, and observer. These filters allow you to personalize and get very specific when trying to find and look at data.

Why Does it Matter?

This matters bevcause exploirng these tools will allow us to better teach content to our students. With this program, you can not only create so many lessons around what it offers, but also you can use this tool to help students visualize what they are learning. By visualizing and interacting with the programit allows students to do it for themselves, but also they get to play with the different filters and interactions that show them what happens at different temperatures, elevations, sunny, rainy, etc.

Exploring Global Sustainability Member Space: Connecting Students to Real-World Environmental Action

After registering with the Global Learning Library, I explored the Educator's Toolbox and selected the Global Sustainable Member Space - Videos and Virtual Speakers on sustainability as my featured tool.

Educators Registration Link

Members / Sustainability Space

I chose this tool because it directly connects to Sustainable Development Goal 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities. The Global Sustainability Member Space provides access to recorded video conversations and virtual speaker sessions with conservation biologists, indigenous entrepreneurs, coastal engineers, and sustainability leaders from around the world. Instead of simply reading about environmental issues, students can hear directly from professionals actively working to solve them. That real world connection makes learning meaningful and engaging.

Video demonstrating video communication with members from all around the world

What I found most useful about this tool is how it blends expert knowledge with personal storytelling. The speakers explain how sustainability projects are implemented globally, from protecting ecosystems to designing climate resilient communities. These perspectives go beyond textbook definitions and allow students to see how environmental protection, urban planning, and community leadership are interconnected. The tool is structured, easy to navigate, and adaptable for different grade levels, making it practical for classroom use.
All kinds of connections and shared communication throughout global learning

If I were to use the Global Sustainability Member Space in a K-8 classroom, I would adapt the content to be age-appropriate, interactive, and engaging. For younger students (K-3)), I would select short video clips featuring environmental themes such as protecting animals, reducing waste, or caring for nature. After viewing, we would have a guided class discussion using simple questions like, "How can we help our Earth?" or "What can we recycle at school?" Students could then draw pictures or create posters showing one way  they can help protect the environment.
This tool support in general within any and all grades in education. As I were to be focusing on early learning, this tool is a great way to show early introductions to real world issues we are facing, by introducing global sustainability concepts in a way that is accessible, engaging, and action-oriented. It allows students to see real-world examples of environmental leadership while empowering them to take small but meaningful steps within their own school and community.

World Food Program USA & Freerice: How Answering Question Fights World Hunger

How a trivia game can help solve world hunger and how can teachers implement this into the classroom to keep students engaged, while fighting global issues.

By Sean | February 2026 | Global Goals Project

Why I Chose This Tool

While I was going over the PACIE Global Educator Toolkit spreadsheet, I came across World Food Program USA (WFP USA) under the "Action Opportunities" section. I clicked the link to https://wfpusa.org/get-involved/freerice, which let to the Freerice page. Freerice is a free trivia game run by the United Nations World Food Programme where a group of sponsors donates the cash equivalent of 10 grains of rice for every question you answer correctly. This is all in an effort to relive the issue of world hunger

This immediately caught my attention due to the interesting concept of anybody being able to answer these questions and raise money for people in need. In addition to this, I am working on a UN Sustainable Development Goals project, and I've been focusing specifically on SDG 3: Good Health and Well-Being. While this program focuses on hunger which is SDG 2, SDG 3 is deeply intertwined with hunger for obvious reasons.

What made WFP USA and Freerice stand out among the other tools listed is the combination of education and accessibility. This education tool allows students to directly help while gaining more insight into the issues that are plaguing the world. If I were to implement this in the classroom I would assign it as a semester long challenge across the classroom and award the top winners.

Freerice: How It Works

  1. Pick a category. Freerice offers trivia across a wide range of subjects, including: vocabulary, human anatomy, world landmarks, geography, math, science, art and culture, famous quotations, food and sustainability, languages, history, and more. You can set your difficulty to easy, normal, or hard.
  2. Answer questions. For every right answer, private sponsors donate the cash equivalent of 10 grains of rice to the World Food Programme.
  3. Watch the bowl fill up. The game uses a visual rice bowl that fills as you answer correctly, making the impact tangible and motivating.
  4. Track and compete. You can create a free account to track your total, form groups (perfect for classrooms), view leaderboards, earn badges, and challenge friends.

Publicized Statistics

    • 224+ billion grains of rice raised since 2007
    • 8 million players per year
    • 120+ countries where WFP operates
    • 100% of Freerice funds go to WFP

      Freerice History

Freerice was originally created in 2007 by John Breen, an American computer programmer who built it as a way to help his son study for college entrance exams while doing something good. Breen donated the platform to the World Food Programme in 2009. It has since evolved into a global community tool used by millions of students, teachers, and organizations worldwide.

Discovery Education Virtual Field Trips Overview

(Teachers can browse the types of classes and register for upcoming live events or access on-demand experiences.)

How I Would Use This in My Classroom

I would implement Virtual Field Trips into my middle school social studies and science classes through these specific activities.

      -Before the Lesson

Introduce key vocabulary and background knowledge.

Students will develop inquiry questions which will define their research focus for the upcoming topic.

       -During the Virtual Field Trip

The session requires multiple breaks which will lead to interactive dialogue.

The session requires students to take notes using structured note-taking documents.

Students should establish links between their current knowledge and the visual materials they observe.

The Experience leads to three different activities which include students writing reflection journals and participating in small-group discussions and completing creative response projects through digital posters and short videos and presentations. Students will create different writing assignments which require them to work between different subject areas. I will use a virtual national park tour to teach students about environmental research because they will examine environmental problems and conservation activities while developing their own sustainable solutions.

Virtual Field Trips function as interactive educational experiences which provide students with organized yet fun academic activities. Teachers can use Discovery Education tools to improve student participation while developing their students' interest and providing educational support for all student needs while bringing international knowledge into their classroom environment. Most importantly, they help students see the relevance of what they are learning.

National Geographic Explorer Classroom - Educational Technology Blog Post 3

       National Geographic Explorer Classroom

This week for my exploration through the tools at our disposal I chose to take a deeper look at the National Geographic Explorer Classroom. As a child I read almost all of the editions of National Geographic Magazine I could get my hands on and seeing how they've adapted to the modern day is inspiring to me. Through the use of modern technology National Geographic offerers a unique way to speak to its explorers, in the classroom via live chat features students are able to engage with the people in the field directly.

When looking through the website made by national geographic I was nothing but impressed not only do they offer the engagement to students globally - not only domestically, they also take 100% of their proceeds from donations and re-invest it directly back into the explorer led programs. This is a wonderful tool in my personal opinion for most all grades K-12.

      Classroom Resource Tools

I did some research today on the Global Educator Toolkit and was intrigued by the many resources offered to teachers for classroom support. The resource I chose to research further was Belouga.

                                                     Logo

Belouga is described on the Toolkit as a "host for online, interactive lessons on global topics that are searchable by content area or Sustainable Development Goal. Student input on questions embedded in the lessons is shared and compared globally, giving students insight into the views of peers around the world".  I took the tour of the site to see what was offered and if it was something that could be utilized in a K-6 grade setting, and I was pleased. Belouga offers class lessons in a range of topics that can be added to students chromebooks. I decided to search for my choice for the SDG project Quality Education, and as you can see below there are videos, lessons, and online worksheets to further a student's education on this topic. I also attached a video from Ms. Malala Yousafzai from the lesson plans on Belouga.

      Collaboration Through Educational Technology

Collaboration in Education: Working Together in a Digital World

Collaboration means working with others to share ideas, solve problems, and learn together. In education today, collaboration often happens through technology like shared documents, video calls, discussion boards, and learning platforms. These tools allow students and teachers to connect even when they are not in the same place. Collaboration helps people learn from different perspectives and build stronger communication skills.
      Technology allows better visual presentations

Technology makes global collaboration easier than ever. Students can work on group projects using Google Docs, communicate through video calls or meetings, or participate in online communities where they exchange ideas and conversations. Collaboration also supports inclusion because digital tools can provide captions, screen reader compatibility, and flexible participation options.

      Students Collaborating Together

Collaboration benefits both people and the planet. Working digitally reduces paper use and travel, which supports environmental sustainability. It also helps create a more inclusive classroom where everyone can participate regardless of location or ability. When we collaborate respectfully and responsibly online, we contribute to stronger communities and better learning experiences.

      Blog Post 2: Collaboration

      Well, what is COLLABORATION?

When people come together to share their thoughts and Ideas with one another to work toward solving a problem, that is collaboration.  The global goals are an excellent example of collaboration; we are all coming together to work towards completing the 17 goals.

      Why does Collaboration matter?

Well, collaboration matters because it brings people together! It allows everyone to work together and share their own thoughts. Everyone's opinion matters, and it allows people to bring new creative ideas to the table. It also allows people to share their unique skills. Overall, Collaboration is important because it helps solve problems. For example, we are all coming together to figure out ways to complete the 17 goals by sharing our ideas with each other.

      Education and Collaboration:

This shows a teacher and her students working together to complete a project
      A classroom working together
From an article by Jason Blair called "How Collaboration Promotes Deeper Learning," In this article, he talks about how in America's educational system, they prioritize individual achievement, which isn't completely the problem, but he believes that learning should consider individual, but also the collective. He believes that students will develop a deeper understanding of the importance of working together. His overall goals are to bring individual and collective growth together.

Educational Technology Collaboration Blog Post 2

      Educational Technology Collaboration

What is Collaboration? Collaboration is the action of working with someone to produce something.

So how is collaboration used in Education? Well, technology is helping to do that with other educators and students all around the world. With the help of AI, teachers can see in real time whether a students is struggling or not.

Both AI and human teachers bring distinct strengths to the classroom. "AI systems excel at tasks that require processing vast amounts of data and providing consistent, personalized feedback at scale. These platforms can analyse student performance patterns, identify learning gaps and automatically adjust difficulty levels in real-time."

Human teachers bring emotional intellegence, complex emotional, reading social cues, to help engage in student engagment. Human teachers bring a performance of being role models, and inspiring students in their development.

Collaborations also matters in the world as a whole. Having collaborations in the global market can be very successful. It can be engageing with  many ideas, critical thinking, and working with each others strengths. Collaborations helps to gain social skills, support one an other and have real diverse learning.

      There are so many benefits to having a global collaborations. Some benefits include collaborations with;

      • global Issues (climate changes, poverty, human rights.)
      • Diverse perspective (different cultures and a way of life.)
      • Education  (communication in real time, collaboration on projects, a real world perspective, and quick feedback on the usage of which technology works best.)
Collaboration is essential in todays world, especially in education. The knowledge to understand and use technology well is important. The world itself is not only more advance because of technology but reachable to help engage and understand different cultures and backgrounds. Giving a new perspective on life and a more diverse way of thinking.

      Collaboration- Isabella Bousquet

       Collaboration

No single scientist can fully understand the brain on their own. Neuroscience research requires knowledge from many different fields, including biology, psychology, chemistry, computer science, engineering, and medicine. By working together, researchers are able to combine their expertise and approach brain research from multiple angles.

For example, a neuroscientist might study brain cells, while a computer scientist analyzes large sets of brain data, and a medical doctor applies those findings to help patients. When these professionals collaborate, discoveries happen faster and are more accurate.

Collaboration leads to faster discoveries, stronger research, and real-world solutions. Many advances in treating neurological disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease, epilepsy, and depression are the result of collaborative neuroscience research.

As neuroscience continues to grow, teamwork will remain the foundation of progress. By sharing knowledge and working together, scientists move closer to understanding the brain—and improving lives around the world.

One of the Goals Project Padlets that caught my attention is the SDG 16-Goal project 2025 by the Delhi Public School, Lava Nagupur, India. This project talks about Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions. The steps mentioned can be applied across all aspects of any society, including the United States of America.

       WORKABLE SOLUTIONS

      Meditating outdoors
      Meditating Outside

The Project takes us through steps we can all take to make this project a success. I love a piece that not only emphasizes the problem but also offers solutions. The project uses analysis graphs to support its argument. It questions some form of stress and the violence it could cause, related to death on a global scale

Some workable solutions that were emphasized are:

This project promotes action, which I already do without even realizing it. To help reduce stress and promote better well-being, an example used was "forest bathing." Forest bathing is immersing yourself in nature. Use all of your senses to be in the moment. Sit down, reflect, meditate, and experience nature all around you.

This project is all about promoting peace, identifying the cause of violence, and how to combat it in your own personal way. We should all take some action that will improve our own well-being and, at the same time, help reduce violence.

      Collaboration and Why it Matters

       What is Collaboration?

Collaboration is the process of working with others towards a common goal. It involves sharing ideas, listening to different perspectives, and combining strengths to create better outcomes. In a Global UN Project, collaboration reflects how countries work together in the real United Nations to address worldwide issues.

Why Collaboration Matters in Global Issues?

Solving Problems That Affect the World

Global challenges such as climate change, poverty, and human rights cannot be solved by one person or one nation alone. Collaboration allows multiple perspectives to come together, leading to more effective and inclusive solutions.

      Learning From Diverse Perspectives

Each participant in a Global UN Project represents a different country or viewpoint. Collaboration helos us understand how culture, history, and resources shape how countries view global problems.

How Can I Use Collaboration in the Global UN Project?

      Active Listening

One way you can collaborate is by activly listening to your peers. Listening help peole unertsand others' ideas and reposnd repectfully, even when veiwpoints differ from my own.

      Sharing Responsibility

Collaboration emans dividing tasks and working a sa team. By sharing responsibilities, such as research wirting, or presenting, we can produce higher-quality work and support each other's success.

      Respectful Communication

Disagreements are a natural part of collaboration. You can communicate your ideas clearly, use evidence to support goals, and stay open to compromise.

Becoming a Global Citizen Through Collaboration

Collaboration is the foundation of a successful Global UN Project. By listening, communicating respectfully, and working together toward shared goals, I can help create meaningful dicussions and realistic solutions. These skills not only strengthen the project. but also prepare me to be a reponsible and informed gloabl citizen.

      Student working together
Collaboration is the core of successful learning! Whether students are debating, working on Global Goals, or building model projects, collaboration allows us to share ideas and learn with one another even when schedules don't align. Collaboration strengthens critical thinking, builds communication and social skills, increases engagement, supports diverse learners, and mirrors real world work.

Technology Connects Us Anywhere at Any Time

We want to reach people outside of our classroom to expand our ideas. We don't need to be in the same time zone to work together anymore. We can share documents that update in real time, do virtual meetings via Zoom, or use blogs to collaborate ideas more creatively. Technology is constantly giving us new ways to collaborate across classrooms, grade levels, and even countries amplifying human connection.

      Everyone Gets a Voice!

Everyone has great ideas, but not everyone speaks up. Using text, audio, and video responses let students pick a platform that works for them. This takes us out of the traditional social setting, allowing everyone to share in ways that make them feel comfortable. Speak a different language than someone? They're not left out either. Translation tools support learners of all languages to collaborate together. Disability? Don't worry about it. There are accessibility features such as captions, dictation and Immersive Reader.

With those apps can also keep track on assignments and projects that has been given by the professors. Many students use apps to connect with peers from different cultures or translate to their language to communicate. The world is changing and many more students are using these apps of collaboration not just in schools but in business too. This what I think about what collaboration looks like in Education Today.

Understanding Collaboration in Educational Technology Posted by: Easton McElvaine

      What Is Collaboration?

Collaboration in education represents the process by which students and teachers work together to exchange ideas and solve problems while they develop new knowledge. The implementation of educational technology solutions enables students to establish connections with their peers at local and international levels which results in active learning experiences that extend beyond their traditional classroom environment. Effective collaboration requires more than group work because it needs people to connect effectively through their combined efforts to create shared understanding. This process requires people to interact deeply while they handle their work together through digital tools which enable them to create content and receive feedback.

      Why Collaboration Matters

Collaboration helps students develop essential 21st-century skills which include Communication – students practice the skill of expressing their ideas while they learn to understand others Critical thinking – students learn to evaluate information by examining different viewpoints Problem solving – students cooperate to discover answers Digital literacy – students learn to use technology in a responsible and effective manner Research shows that students who learn through collaborative methods attain better understanding of topics while they show higher participation. Collaborative learning enables students to develop advanced reasoning abilities which help them maintain knowledge better than when they study alone.

      Tools That Support Collaboration

Educational technology provides multiple tools which facilitate collaborative work among users Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) – users can edit documents together in real time while they add comments Padlet – users can create digital boards which enable them to share ideas and materials with others Microsoft Teams or Zoom – users can conduct virtual meetings to engage in group discussions Miro or Jamboard – users can access virtual spaces for creating visual content which they can develop together These tools enable students to work together from any location at any time because they break down both time and space restrictions. Educational institutions now use technology to establish worldwide educational partnerships which enable students from diverse backgrounds to work together and learn through their interactions. Educators use multiple international project demonstrations along with cross-border educational partnerships to showcase their teaching methods. The professional learning networks together with social media platforms provide several methods which enable students to connect with other students worldwide through their discussions about "global collaboration in education".

       Collaboration in Education

      Working with a classroom

How does a teacher begin to teach in a classroom? What is the best way to go about bringing a subject to light? When thinking of a classroom many would think of a teacher working with their students independently, or that is to say operating independently from other educators. This may have been the norm not long ago but in our current day, collaboration is the key to understanding and learning more. Not only about the subject at hand but even for the students learning more about how they learn, creativity blooms as a new idea is introduced and even assists educators in learning from other teachers to see how they were best able to impart lessons to their students.

      Learning by working with others-

An old proverb states that by teaching others we learn more about ourselves, this could not be more true in a classroom by getting students to engage with one another is an invaluable tool to educators. For myself I know for a fact I learn more about what I didn't know when I try teaching things to my friends or students as they raise questions I hadn't even considered when I was first working on the topic. Learning by teaching others goes a long way in learning more about whatever subject it is you the student are trying to get a more comprehensive understanding over. Collaboration is the key to understanding.

      Connecting with Other Educators-

For the Teachers themselves there are more ways to connect with other teachers than ever before, with sites such as X, Facebook and others, there has never before been better ways to compare lesson plans and ways to bring about a more comprehensive lesson plan. Using Social media to collaborate and connect with other professionals is a great way to have lesson plans reviewed by peers in your same field and make a better lesson plan. A more complete lesson plan.

      Conclusion-

Working together learning together students and teachers both is the best possible way to ensure that everyones time is utilized best, by encouraging students to break out into small teams in a class or compare notes after a lesson is perhaps one of the most potent ways to make a lesson really stick in their minds. And for educators reaching out to other professionals has never been easier as it is now. Collaborating with others is one of the most essential parts of gleaning a complete understanding.

Collaboration Beyond the Classroom Samuel Citta

What Collaboration Looks Like Outside of School

When I think about collaboration, I usually think about group projects in school, but it can also happen online through communities and social media. Collaboration is basically when people work together, share ideas, and support each other instead of doing everything alone. One example of collaboration that really moved me is Noel Deyzel. Most of his content is helping people improve their lives In short videos in collaboration with other influences. These short videos are either funny, inspirational, motivational, and relatable. Noels fitness page demonstrates how when people in the same industry or different can come together and collaborate can create a much more powerful message.

      What Noel Deyzel Talks About

What I like about Noel’s content is that he doesn’t act like he’s better than anyone else. Instead, he uses collaboration to show different perspectives and experiences, which makes his message feel more real. His fitness page shows how people in the same industry, or even in other industries, can come together and collaborate to create a message that is way more powerful than doing it alone. It shows how collaboration can build a positive community where people feel supported and motivated, not judged which I think is huge most gym content doesn't give the positive vibes or approach his do. Noels content helped me understand that collaboration isn’t just about working together, but also about lifting others up and helping everyone grow. I will put a link of one of his videos that truly helped me move the needle in life.

How This Relates to School and Education

This made me think about how collaboration works in school. Learning is easier when students help each other and don’t feel judged for making mistakes. It also brings a strong feeling of gratitude and respect  for the people you collaborate with from working together. Noel’s message connects to education because he shows that learning is a process and that encouragement can make a big difference. Teachers and students collaborating is similar to what Noel does online sharing knowledge and learning together instead of working alone he often posts helpful videos replying to his fans asking for help or advice. This shows collaboration because he’s not just posting content for himself. He collaborates with others, shares advice, and creates a space where people feel comfortable learning and asking questions. By being honest about his own struggles, he helped me and others feel understood and supported.

      (Noel with Ronnie coleman)

How this connects to education and to My Own Goals

I can see clear parallels. Just like in fitness communities, students and teachers can benefit when they share knowledge and support each other rather than working alone. Noel’s message encourages people to lift others up, recognize progress, and learn together , which is something that I think fits both school and real world goals.

For example, in my own life, I’m interested in online coaching and fitness training and I can already see how a collaborative mindset applies. Noel’s approach shows that sharing honest insights, encouraging others, and giving feedback can help not just classmates or teammates, but also future clients I might work with as a coach. Tools like shared plans, collaborative feedback, and community support all make learning and progress easier for everyone involved. The video also connects to my interest in online coaching and fitness training. If I ever coach people online, collaboration would be really important. Clients and coaches need to communicate, trust each other, and work together to reach goals. Noel’s approach of collaboration shows that being supportive and honest with people helps build stronger connections and better results.

      Conclusion

In the last link below is Noel collaborating with one of his fans that was inspired by him something 99% of other gym content creators would not do
. Overall, Noel Deyzel’s fitness page not only shows but proves how collaboration can be powerful, even outside of school. So whether it’s in education, fitness, or online communities, working together and encouraging others can help people grow and stay motivated.
