 What is Belouga.org?

    This website was created in 2017 and is great for teachers because it provides interactive lessons, mini guides, and more!  The goal of this website is to build the students' skills and for them to learn about the global challenges!  This website is for K-12 students, where they can ask questions and make connections with students from around the world.

Why is it Useful?

    The reason I think this website is useful for students is becuase it helps them create connections with students around the world. Belouga helps encourage students to be curious about different subjects and ask questions. I also think that this tool is useful because it's so project-driven. I think that this provides a fun learning experience for students and helps them make real-life connections, and will help students develop cultural awareness. 

How would I use it in my classroom?

On the website, this is a search bar that you can select the subject, age group and what global goal you want to focus on. After searching the website will provide you with an interactive lesson. I also like that it shows how long it should take the student to complete it. 

In my classroom I think I would try and figure out a way to include these interactive lesson into what we are learning in class like for example if I'm doing a lesson on science then I would let my students use the search option and let them pick what interactive lesson they are intrested in or I could assign a interactive lesson and let them create a hands on project about it.
