Where are we going?
Today we'll be taking a journey to Explore.org ! This is a non-profit website, created by the Annenberg Foundation, where you can watch wild animals around the globe on live cams. These are animals in their natural habitat, which you won't see in a zoo. Users can watch wildlife in real time—like bears, elephants, oceans, and more. The site also includes educational films and stories that focus on topics like conservation, the environment, and people making a positive impact. Its main goal is to inspire learning and connect people to nature and important global causes.
It's more than just wildlife...
Students can learn about adopting strays and the benefits of saving animals by visiting the kitten rescue. This live cam overlooks a special private room at Kitten Rescue Sanctuary in Los Angeles, California. This room is home to playful kittens awaiting their new homes. You can watch all their antics, from afternoon catnaps to spirited wrestling and more.
